🔴 Le roi de Thaïlande, Rama X, et son épouse, la reine Suthida, se sont rendus au Laos par leurs propres moyens lors d'une récente visite d'État. Une vidéo du couple royal pilotant un Boeing 737-800 a surpris et impressionné les internautes. La reine a travaillé comme hôtesse de l'air pour JAL Airlines de 2000 à 2003 et pour Thai Airways de 2003 à 2008.

@OnDisasters It's not just the air controller's fault, but also the authorities. Why have only 1 fire station on the other side of the runway? Why not install a fire station closer to the terminals? That would have prevented trucks from crossing the runway,and there would never have accident.

Blancolirio comment on the La Guardia crash from last sunday. I also highlight this comment on his channel: I´ve seen many similar takes on the current situation with ATC on the US "Former ATC here. We combined positions all the time. This type of event was always in the back of my head. Since United was a declared emergency, the canadian CRJ should have been waved off for another lap with approach. I no longer am an air traffic controller precisely because shit like this is all but inevitable. Thoughts and prayers and all that, but the federal government needs to properly staff facilities." @dominic_daoust Pour moi l'amont du problème, même si tout porte à croire que c'est l'ATC qui est en tort, c'est le positionnement de Fire Brigade qui se trouve pas loin du croisement de piste. Si il y aurait une autre station proche de la piste 31. Jamais il n'y aurait eu cet accident.

@virginie3300 @airplusnews Tout simplement c’est que la hauteur du cockpit du CRJ-900 est à 2,5-3m et le camion de pompier est à 3-4m de haut. L’avion s’est littéralement pris un mur. C’est pourquoi, il y a beaucoup de dommages.

🔴 Accident Air Canada Express à l’aéroport de New York LaGuardia. Les deux pilotes d’Air Canada sont décédés dans la collision. Le camion de pompiers intervenait auprès d'un vol United Airlines qui avait interrompu son décollage et déclaré une urgence, lorsqu'un CRJ l'a percuté.

@airplusnews 1er - L’ATC a autorisé par anticipation le CRJ a attérir avant que les deux pistes soient clear. 2e - L’ATC n’a pas demandé au CRJ une remise de gaz 3 - Il n’y a pas de station de pompier à la piste 31 qui aurait pu éviter un croisement à la piste 4.

🔴 Enregistrement audio du contrôle aérien lors de l’accident de l’aéroport de New York LaGuardia. L’enregistrement révèle une certaine confusion au sein de la tour de contrôle. Le contrôleur demande au camion de pompiers de s’arrêter, mais il est trop tard. La collision est inévitable.
