#StarCity will take place in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
Each season will pick up right where the previous one left off. There will not be a 10-year time jump like For All Mankind.
Series premieres May 29 on #AppleTV

Make it make sense...
Interesting results, Ferrari were +0.641 and +1.008 in sprint Qualifying
However in the actual Qualifying the gap was +0.351 and +0.364
It’s certain that Ferrari found some pace in the break between the sprint race and Qualy
The question is can Ferrari go for the win?
Ferrari’s aero is already looking seriously promising. The car is stable mid-corner, planted, and showing downforce levels comparable to the W17.
The clear issue? The engine.
Ferrari is reportedly working on a new V6 aimed at holding peak power for longer and reducing performance drop-off in high temperatures.
If regulations allow ADUO usage, a new engine could arrive after the summer break.
That could be the real game changer.

@castellodesigns@amick87@FanaticsFerrari Now EVs are beginning to cost the same as combustion engines. In a few years they will cost less. The tech behind it is evolving extremely fast. When in 2035 the EV cost less and your car can do much more and gets farrer with one load then the combustion car it’s a nobrainer
@amick87@FanaticsFerrari which fucking market doesnt want? I dont want to drive any electric road cars. I will not even buy one. I don’t think the majority of the common people yet alone F1 fans will want a freaking eletric road car. FE is doomed
The irony of F1’s “green engines”:
- All race cars combined over a season: ~150 tonnes CO₂/year
- F1’s total footprint from flying cargo everywhere: ~250,000+ tonnes
Even if fuel consumption tripled using V12s, that’s <1% from the engines.
But sure, let’s nerf the engines.
@FanaticsFerrari The only mistake they’ve done is not giving the cats a big enough battery and the ability to recuperate with both axis. But that’s getting fixed I hope. Funny how no one gets how these engines work
@FanaticsFerrari Your Right but it’s completely out of context. Everybody knows that traveling and logistics has the highest impact. Or even the fans getting at the track but it’s just about marketing. That was clear in 2022 when they announced these …
@FerrariStrat@FormulaJack They need a bigger battery and the ability to recuperate more. That should be changed. But as I told you it’s a trade they are improving in other fields where they are much faster. Like Acceleration
@FerrariStrat Wth it’s the first race under these regulations. No one expected it would go so smoothly as it is now. There is gonna be a lot of improvement. The cars are almost as fast as I’m 2022 and that was only a new Areo not a new engine
Looking at the onboards is honestly so deflating.
Do we really have to make everything about sustainability? Formula 1 is the pinnacle of motorsport in the world. Can we just not let it be so?
Proper racing is about engines. Not batteries.
