Changing diet was huge, too, going vegetarian upon recc, but like you, my taste buds evolved. Never plan to take pain for “just a distraction” again. Hope you’re still feeling well!

@justinamash @brianschatz Took typhoid and malaria before traveling to Africa, and you know what? It gave me peace of mind not dying in a foreign country. A few moments of discomfort outweighed the thoughts of giving any of that to my friends and their kids.
