@DeliverooHelp Stuck in an infinite loop with your #AI chat. Deliveroo Shopping product broke the same day. Bot will neither raise a refund request nor provide accurate contact info for the seller, leaving a chargeback as the only viable solution. Please help fix the insanity.

@aardman Well done old pals. Vengeance was perfect, and a brilliant encore to perhaps the greatest 30 mins in British Television. Please tell us we'll see more of Feathers' iconic, evil machinations soon ❤️. Thanks for making Christmas magic. #wallaceAndGromit #Vengeancemostfowl

Thanks @bttowerlondon - I assume you were asleep early tonight just in case of Auroras? Appreciate it! If you were just not feeling well, hope you're better soon 😄

@adhdjesse Something to combat inertia I've been trying: An app with a simple timed routine: 1:Stop, breathe 2:Stand up. 3:Go to your planning area. 4:Check physical needs. Schedule those, then what you should be doing. All I have to do is reach the start widget (hard!) and there's help!

ADHD is basically just rotating through various states of “stuck” • stuck doing absolutely nothing • stuck researching my latest obsession • stuck staring at my phone • stuck cleaning everything in sight • stuck waiting for a meeting to start (in 3 hours)

@MMapness @AdultingADHD Yep, something to fidget with, that doesn't need brain power. If I need to focus entirely, taking notes on the meeting is best for me. If not, crochet is great. Repetitive motion I don't need to look at. Lockpicking in the other comments also sounds great - a very similar motion!

@AdultingADHD Does anyone have any tips for surviving meetings / Zoom meetings. I end up feeling like climbing the walls. I want to metaphorically gnaw off my own arm and actually usually end up biting my fingers / tearing skin off round my nails. It’s ok if I’m leading the meeting…

ADHDers! What is something that has helped with managing things you struggle with due to ADHD? Could be buying an aid, doing things differently, routines

@AdultingADHD Automating the crap out of my phone using Macrodroid. So far I've got: gentle nudges if I've been using an app for a while, a special vibration notification for "hey, you need to start winding up your tasks to leave", which then triggers my "pack up" routine on my routines app.

@AdultingADHD Meet my labelled landing pad! Everything I need to leave the house _should_ be in here. But...my watch might be charging, I accidentally left my wallet in my coat, and I have a choice of hats, so there's a list of everything that should be here, or might want to grab as well.

@AdultingADHD For time-blindness: a morning routine app telling me what I should be doing, how long I have left for each task, and the estimated time I'll leave the house has been great. Leaving the house without rushing is...amazing. This is the one I currently use: play.google.com/store/apps/det…

@jonty @emfcamp I feel energised in a way I'd forgotten existed. So many thanks to you and the @emfcamp team.@JeffCreates fire hat was my favourite. I can solder properly now, thanks to @maltman23. This is a dangerous combination. Wearables are already being sketched. Maybe no fire for a bit.
