@Deliveroo_FR votre livreur très désagréable au téléphone qui met 20 minutes à partir du restaurant après avoir récupéré ma commande et qui klaxonne comme un stressé de la vie en bas de chez moi à 21h30 au lieu de m’appeler pour me dire qu’il est là ??

@Deliveroo is a scam we ordered @wingstop and they send wrong order and they refused to give refund or correct order never again

@Deliveroo, explain how this is acceptable. We placed a £93 Iceland order for a pensioner. Your driver came all the way to our address, said he didn’t have the order, then marked it as delivered—and now you’re refusing to refund us. £93 taken, no shopping received

@Deliveroo absolutely ridiculous! I ordered from Venchi chocolate and pistacchio gelato and only chocolate arrived (see picture) - pistacchio is literally my favorite ice cream and the reason why I ordered. I contacted support and they told me they couldn’t do anything to help???

@Deliveroo c’est fini ! 1h a attendre la commande hier qui devait être livré en 20 minutes! Pour au final l’annuler en passant par le sav et me retrouver sans repas a 21h pour moi et ma fille… Deliveroo m’a donné 5€ pour ma prochaine commande j’en veux pas.

@Deliveroo have refused to refund me after this was how I received my food. Covered in hot sauce from the wings and cold because there was a HUGE HOLE in the bottom of the bag. Is this acceptable?
