@waitrose I received completely the wrong delivery via @Deliveroo today. Had complained/ reported and not heard back but really needed those groceries for a charity bake sale! @DeliverooHelp

@DeliverooHelp Just received my order, it came 1 hour late and everything is incredibly cold and inedible! The app only offered me a partial refund. This is unacceptable. Please rectify this or I will have to contact my bank to resolve this issue.

@McDonaldsUK where's my sauce. I've ordered through @Deliveroo and I never get my sauces. I'm sooooooo annoyed. I've been letting it go but today just annoyed me. Kids treated me to a Mother's Day Maccies. No sauces. Dry fries. Half the drinks spilled. No sauces, half drinks!!!

@Deliveroo I cannot believe you don’t check the order before collection and delivering this unacceptable and disrespect to your clients . It’s happened too many times for it it to be deliberate

@deliveroo Food took 1h 40mins to arrive. Cold, very small portions, missing items. Contacted deliveroo for a refund. I paid £51.45 after arguing they said they could only issue a refund of £17.32. How does that work?
