Imagine placing an order and 3 items were missing, you provide 3 photos proving it and they still won’t refund you £8.40 you’re owed. when I request which location of supermarket it came from (as we have 2 in my town) so I could get my own refund @Deliveroo couldn’t provide it!

Hi @DeliverooHelp, my order #1140 was marked delivered and left outside, but it was gone when I got downstairs just seconds later. Support refuses to help because of a photo, despite me never receiving it. Really disappointing, please review this.

@Deliveroo Rubbish customer service. Order constantly moved time and unable to cancel as food apparently ready but nobody to deliver. Eventually turned up two hours later but rejected as had to buy own food and feared food poisoning. Complaint service in app doesn't seem to work

@DeliverooHelp my driver just went to a completely random address that is not on the delivery route and stopped for around 5 minutes, i sent them a message and they said they had another order to deliver, don’t you normally say when there is another order to deliver first?
