Big Win!!!!🥹 I just received my 3rd YouTube June payout in my 5 months of doing YouTube Automation… I’ll be getting new devices and I’ll be officially learning a new niche or 2 niches. Honestly, if you want to go far in YouTube automation, you’ll eventually need to invest in good tools. A good AI voice over, CapCut Pro (or another solid editor), ChatGPT or Claude, and reliable image/video generation tools can save you a lot of time. Gone are the days when you could rely on only free tools for everything. Most of the good ones are now paid. 💰 Don’t get me wrong you can start with free tools to some limit.. But as you grow, reinvesting in better tools can make your workflow faster and your content better. YouTube automation isn’t for the weak. 😂💻💯

Every single person trying to make money online is obsessed with the same question: What business should I start? Dropshipping. Agency. Faceless YouTube channel. AI automation. Affiliate marketing. The list never ends. They pick something, go hard for a few weeks, don't see results fast enough, get discouraged, and move on to the next one. Then do the exact same thing again 6 weeks later with something new. That cycle can go on for years. I've seen it go on for years. And the brutal thing is, it's not laziness. Most of these people are genuinely trying. They're putting in hours. They're watching the videos. They're taking notes. But they keep getting nowhere because they're solving the wrong problem. The question was never what to start. The question is what skill to build. Because without a genuinely valuable skill underneath you, every business you try to build is just gambling. You're hoping the product is right. Hoping the timing is right. Hoping the market is there. Hoping something clicks before your motivation runs out. And hope is not a strategy. The people who actually make consistent money online - not one lucky month, consistent money - all have one thing in common. They got really good at a skill that makes businesses money. Then they figured out how to monetize it. I spent 6 months working on my skills before I even touched a business model. Started as a regular video editor, then just kept stacking - copywriting, marketing - on top of that. Now I'm working with some of the biggest brands in the game. Skills first. Business second. Not the other way around.

1 issue i have had on building in public is that i always meet unserious people who want to be "put on" You tell them it's going to be a fruitless grind for a while and they agree After a while when it is indeed fruitless they quit lmao Especially when they see you're doing decently (after doing your own time of fruitless grind) and they feel like it isn't for them.

40+ minutes of runtime means one clip per scene doesn't cut it. Right now: building a rotation of news footage, press stills, and reused assets. Enough variety that nothing feels repeated across the full length.
