Ngl I ended up not doing this because the block lists were really restrictive for biomes.. seeing finalists that broke the rules of "allowed blocks" and apparently it's okay is a little annoying. Why have the rule in the first place?

@Failwhip this doesnt really work when chaos cubed has been feature complete for two months. the update actually releasing does not mean anything new happened. waiting a month for the 26.3 snapshot would be so silly.

This is a very bad change for the hardcore community. Here's why. 1. it does not stop cheating, you can still use 3rd party tools like NBTeditor. 2. This disables the ability to update and install datapacks to your game after it was created as commands are needed.

@regfunkid Simply dropping the files into the datapack folder no longer works. you need to run the /datapack enable *name* command in order to actually turn it on. this is needed when updating datapacks too.

@Failwhip Well… no. You can always manually load datapacks onto a world, and reload the world via leaving. And you can always use NBTeditor to change it from hardcore. This just makes the choice of cheating more difficult, it’s never impossible.

Not even to mention that my rain cycle is bugged and it hasn't rained in over 3 years in my world (over 10,000 days in game since). Stuff happens in old games. Removing this only removes the ability for people to fix game breaking bugs. it doesn't resolve cheating in any way.

the bug I mentioned above was.. I got my first skeleton horse. I jumped in the air and paused the game as my dog started howling for a walkie. So I logged out (still in the air on the skele horse) and when I got logged back in. Somehow my Y level inverted to -85.. in the void.
