Americans are going to regret this statement so badly one day. JD Vance says: “I have joked that I have two very, very important people in my life. An Indian and a Pakistani. The Indian is my wife, and the Pakistani is Field Marshal Munir.”

History of Bharatvrash (India), High Commissioner. Pakistan didn’t exist before 1947.

Walking through #Taxila, it’s impossible not to be struck by the depth of Pakistan’s history. For centuries, this was a centre of learning that connected people, ideas & cultures from across the region & beyond. A fascinating visit and a beautiful reminder of 🇵🇰 rich heritage.

@GovtofPakistan What a shame! Pakistan’s Prime Minister can’t do anything without the army’s chief of staff, Asim Munir! Very awkward, only in Pakistan, won’t see it anywhere else.

@zhao_dashuai Lets talk about Chinese casualty too: China lost 42 solders. The Leaked report from Chinese government showed that 4 of them were awarded galantry awards posthumously. Remember the videos of weeping scared Chinese solders travelling in Bus going to the LAC

Our neighbors are strange people. They have never acknowledged Pakistan 🇵🇰 as a mediator and peacemaker, yet they believe that Pakistan dictated each and every terms and conditions of the MOU to Washington and Tehran. That is not how things work, dear neighbour. Please open your heart, and more importantly, open your mind, and thank Pakistan, the great nation and peacemaker, just as the rest of the world is doing. Thank you.
Priyanka Chaturvedi🇮🇳@priyankac19

Iran walks away with an upper hand in this negotiation with $300 billion commitment for reparations, continued administration of Strait of Hormuz, agreement on further discuss issue of nuclear enrichment. Pakistan once again ensures humiliation of US under the garb of MoU. 🤭

Reporter: Can we expect highly skilled Indian professionals to be getting more opportunities in the United States under your presidency? Trump to interpreter: What does that mean? Interpreter: Highly skilled Indian professionals to be getting more opportunities in the US. Trump: Oh, yeah. Sure. I mean, always, yeah. We've always had tremendous relationships in terms of employment with India. Very talented people.

Isn’t it sad @KhawajaMAsif sb that a majority of Pakistanis will not celebrate Gen. Asim Munir and Shehbaz Sharif’s efforts on the diplomatic front because they know the reality of these two men. While the world might hail their role, Pakistan’s own citizens consider both your bosses oppressive and cowardly usurpers who have kept their indomitable leader in jail. Wouldn’t you agree that diplomatic success means nothing when this regime has failed miserably at every other front that actually matters to its citizens: integrity, human rights, rule of law, due process, democracy, civilian supremacy, poverty alleviation, and the list goes on. I pray for the time when Pakistan is led by people who are worthy of it. And not led by those who project strength abroad but remain weak, craven, and petty at home.
Khawaja M. Asif@KhawajaMAsif

By the grace of Allah, Field Marshal Asim Munir has won two wars in the span of one year. A victorious commander against India, and a triumphant diplomat with utmost patience and forbearance on the peace front — victorious on both fronts. May Allah keep this streak of victories going. The way Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif played his role with sincerity, wisdom, and diplomatic acumen in both the war with India and the Iran-US reconciliation will be remembered in history. This is the result of dedication and sincerity. Insha'Allah, this leadership will also emerge victorious on the economic front and in the war against terrorism.
