The Hilton donated the ~2600 dinners that went unserved at WHCD. They freeze dried the steak and lobster for longer shelf life before giving them to 2 shelters for abused women and children. HUGE thank you to the staff that worked through the night under terrible circumstances.

freeze-drying steak and lobster for 'longer shelf life' often ruins the texture and nutritional value; Giving abused women and children 'leftover' luxury food isn't as impactful as providing them with fresh, balanced meals and sustainable financial support. It looks like a PR move to hide the initial waste. No offense.
