Next of kin does not mean you can withdraw money from your deceased family member's account. It just means you're the emergency contact. You need a letter of administration listing you as the beneficiary before banks can release funds. My advise to anyone that have lost a loved one is to approach a magistrate or state high court to obtain an order to the banks to supply the balance on the accounts held by the deceased. You can use one order for multiple banks. If the amounts are substantial, then begin the process of letter of admin from same court. Some states allow magistrate court to issue the letter of admin while some don't. Check what applies to your state.

Banks are making a lot of money from dead people. A lady lost her mom since July last year and she buried her and never cared to even check her mom's account. 4 months later, she received a random message from the bank in her mom's phone, nothing serious was in it. Just normal code text. She then checked other messages and she found out 20Million was sitting there. So she went to the bank. I'm very sure the bank must be furious when she came to ask for it, they started asking for documents and more documents. She's the next of kin, why does she have to go through so much, she kept going to the bank for days. No response. This lady was so frustrated that she was getting tired of the demands from the hospital. She was later paid the money only after involving high profile people which is very sad. Banks can do better please. This is one case, their are more cases too.

Hy Forex Traders, I need your input on this. I had this trade on $GBPUSD from last week. A 5.62RR trade setup. It met all the criteria I look out for before taking a trade and executing it. The trade triggered last week and with market close, I was up 4RR. Well as at yesterday being Monday, I was up 5RR with just few pips to tp. At that moment, I was confident price would get to my target, so I paid less interest. I woke up this morning to sl. And truthfully, it was just another trading day for me. What would you have done differently if you were in my position?? Would you have trailed your sl? Would you have broken even? Would you have taken partials even after being confident your trade was heading to target? Would you have closed everything completely?
