A survivor of today’s Mawasi massacre:
An arm fell beside me & a leg hit me. My pants were all stained with blood… My friend was next to me. I couldn't find him, but the leg that hit me had the same pants he was wearing. I escaped death. I was inside death itself… My heart is still screaming... Burnt bodies in the street. No one survived, a large number. The smell of death is everywhere. A child without hands, whose limbs were cut off, screams while no one is beside him. Ambulances, cars, tuk-tuks, & every means of transportation helped the wounded.

Abu Salmiya was tortured, but ultimately released, because the Israeli narrative about Al-Shifa Hospital as a Hamas command & control center was a fraud
Fortunately, he was not held at the Sde Teiman concentration camp, where prominent Gaza doctors Adnan Bursh & Iyad Rantisi were tortured to death
Though Abu Salmiya committed no crime, Israeli politicians are calling for his head, and demanding the firing of the Shin Bet director who ordered his release. No doctor can cure Israel's societal sickness.

The unbearable cruelty of allowing some Palestinian children with cancer to leave Gaza but not allowing their mothers to go with them. I was very sick when I was 10/11 yo and cannot imagine going through all that without mum always by my side. Absolute monsters.

I’ve just seen a picture of a boy from Jabalia cut from the arms up. It’s just his arms and his head. My heart might explode, this is allowed to happen because it’s Gaza. Because the oppressed are Palestinians & the oppressor is “israel”. Because the victims are Arab and Muslim.

I’ve seen so many dead little girls in Gaza with their hair done so pretty. I keep thinking about how it was the last time they ever got their hair styled. I keep questioning if they knew it would be the last. I keep wondering how much the hands that styled their hair loved them.

في اصعب الظروف يحافظ اهالي غزة على إيمانهم ودينهم وتعليم اطفالهم، هم جيل المستقبل وجيل التحرير ، هذا واحد من الاساليب لافشال المخطط الاسرائيلي وواحدة من اهداف حربه بتغير المناهج التدريسية وتجريد الاطفال من دينهم .

לא עוזבים את הארץ. אתמול מהנדסת תוכנה מבריקה שאני מכיר סיפרה לי שהם עוזבים את ישראל למדינה באירופה לפני פתיחת שנת הלימודים הקרובה. זה העציב אותי מאד. נכון, אנחנו בתקופה הקשה ביותר מאז מלחמת העצמאות: דשדוש במלחמה, חרמות בינלאומיות, פגיעה בהרתעה, 120 ישראלים בשבי, אלפי משפחות שכולות, גליל נטוש, רבבות מפונים, שרים שרק דואגים לעצמם, אובדן שליטה בכלכלה ובגירעון. הכל נכון. אבל חד משמעית אנחנו מסוגלים—ואנחנו נצא—מהבור הזה. מצב זה אינו גזירת גורל. אך יש דבר שמדאיג אותי במיוחד: דיבורים על עזיבת הארץ. זה אסור שיקרה. אנחנו זקוקים לכל הכישרון והמסירות של עם ישראל בדיוק *כדי* לצאת מהבור ולהזניק את ישראל מחדש. אין לי ספק שבפעולה אקטיבית נכונה, של התחדשות, מעין ריסטארט לישראל, 50 השנים הבאות יהיו שנים של בנייה מחדש, חדוות יצירה, ביטחון וצמיחה. זה יקרה הרבה יותר מהר ממה שאתם מדמיינים, כי אנחנו עם שיודע לקום מהר ממכה קשה. זכרו: בסך הכל 3 שנים (!) אחרי השואה הנוראה, הקמנו את מדינת ישראל. מי רוצה לחזור לימים של היהודי הנודד, ללא חירות אמיתית, ללא מדינה, שנתון לכל גחמה אנטישמית? לכן, לא קפריסין, לא פורטוגל ולא ניו ג׳רזי או אוסטרליה. נשארים כאן, ונברא את ישראל מחדש.
