Dear Christians, The time for violence is not now, the time for hatred is not now, the time for revenge, rage, and remorse is not now. This is the time to teach the Gospel so that every SINGLE person, whether they be secular, Jew, Muslim, pagan, sociopath, psychopath, murderer, idolator, thief, terrorist, antagonist, or living in lust. We must use all of our energy to: Equip our children for the fight to come Teach the Jews that Jesus is the fulfillment of the Tanakh. Show Muslims how they worship a different God than we do. Accept but not affirm the sinners and help them see past their sin, and gain redemption. Read, Read, Read your Bible, Patristic doctrine, Saints, and history. Show the secular humanist that we are all made in God's image and that he IS what they are looking for. This is our task, we should not spend the energy trying to win any debate, just provide the information. I have Faith that God will work in those seeking the truth.

They left the declaration broad for deists, Unitarians, Anglicans, and Calvinists to sign it. Otherwise it would not have been ratified. The rebellion was for sure Presbyterian, and most of America Calvanist/Reformed at the time, the intention was not to require specific Christianity, but to promote deism/theism. There is a lot to be said for the view that the intent was Christianity for Christians, Deism for Diest, etc, and that is intentional.

The Declaration of Independence specifically invokes and confesses Protestant Christianity, which refutes deism. The Supreme Judge of the World is the Holy Spirit speaking in the scriptures, and Divine Providence is God’s active presence in and governance of his creation. These beliefs are set out in the Presbyterian Westminster Confession and were cited in the Declaration at the behest of signer John Witherspoon, a Presbyterian minister. It’s why the English prime minister Walpole said “cousin America has run off with a Presbyterian parson”.

Leave it to CNN to do an actual hit piece on Christianity. We are being persecuted in our own country that was founded on Christian values.

@retapacheplt @DerrickEvans4WV Deism is not Christianity, They do not mention Jesus, and many did not believe in the deity of Jesus. I was sad when i learned that. Free Masons had many other influences that are in direct conflict with Christianity.

@DerrickEvans4WV CNN misses fact for fantasy. This nation WAS FOUNDED BY CHRISTIANS invoking God in the founding documents. Christian Nationalism is not a concept of the right but of the left that seeks to further divide us. Our nation and Christianity must stand not as one but together!

I'm a Nobody

I could really use some prayers. I am hindered on so many levels from joining the church. I love it, the theology, the people, the liturgy. The depth of the Church fathers. The shining examples of the saints. I believe the Eastern Orthodox church truly does point to Christ moreso then any other institution that claims such a thing. But I am a broken being. Twisted by profound regret of my past. Failing to properly put an end to a corrupted will. I'm genuinely afraid of confession. I am plagued by feelings of exposure when I'm in front of people. Like many of my shortcomings are readily apparent when people look at me. I hate that things got so bad on my end. I hate some of the mindsets I've cultivated. Some of the moods I'm overcome by are not what I really want to be seized by. The world is dark, and I'm wholly unworthy to even begin to set it right while there is so much wrong with me. Then there are physical limitations that's making it hard to make it to church and work through any of this. My car has been unreliable for a while now. The closest priest near me is absolutely drowning in new converts. And I'm too much of a sperg to really find a spiritual father. In my area, I have a choice between an OCA parish(30 min drive) and a ROCOR parish(1 hour drive). On that point I'm very fortunate. Many people have much harder physical barriers to overcome. Sometimes, I feel like I'm in a hopeless situation. I have nobody else to confide in about any of this. So I'm sharing my wretchedness here for all to see. I'm tired of acting like things are ok. They arnt... I'm not...

That is not true, unfortunately the only engagement people are given is when your argument can be defended, where it cannot most protestants do not engage (some do) but most just fall back to the same talking points without understanding the talking points themselves. That is the issue.

For many Catholics/Orthodox on X, instead of actually responding to the arguments Protestants put forward, they just attack the person, not the argument. It’s sad. Just like people did with Jesus, calling him “a glutton and a drunkard” (Matt 11:19) when they couldn’t answer him.

A 14-year-old boy, speeding in a car with friends, decides to show off. Catching up to a woman on the road, he yells, curses, and pulls out a gun firing into her car. When police arrive, she’s dead. The boy is arrested, tried, and sentenced to life in prison. One life was tragically taken, and another is effectively ended before it had a chance to fully begin. This is a heartbreaking case that raises so many questions about accountability, judgment, and development. On one hand, justice demands consequences. On the other, a child’s brain isn’t fully developed, especially when it comes to impulse control and understanding long-term consequences. Shouldn’t there be more focus on rehabilitation for teenagers, even in cases this severe? How do we balance justice with the chance for redemption? What do you think? Is 14 old enough to face a life sentence? Can someone so young truly understand the gravity of their actions, or the weight of spending their life in prison?

It is truly meet to bless thee, O Theotokos, who art ever blessed and all-blameless and the Mother of our God. More honorable than the cherubim and more glorious beyond compare than the seraphim, thou who without corruption didst bear God the Word and art truly Theotokos: we magnify thee.

The Dignity Act would grant legal status to a segment of the illegal population that meets certain criteria such as: - Not having committed a crime in the United States as well as in their country of origin. - They cannot collect government benefits. Period. - They must pay all back taxes and a fine for coming into the United States illegally. If this criteria is not met, that is grounds for deportation.

One thing is clear from the Epstein files. The forces of evil were obsessed with the Catholic Church and never even thought about Protestants or Orthodox.

Rev. Correct, God's promise was to bring the world to him through the people which Jesus derived from. He was the fulfillment of the covenant, and only those who follow his path will find salvation. Replacement implies that that Jesus or Gentiles kick the Jewish people out of the covenant, but instead there are many that remain, they follow Jesus Christ. The remainder have volunteered to leave the covenant on their own accord.

🚨 THE CHURCH IS *NOT* ISRAEL🚨 “Replacement Theology” is DEMONIC deception straight from the pit. God’s covenant with Israel? ETERNAL. The Church didn’t “replace” them — it was GRAFTED IN. (Romans 11 🔥) Stop spiritualizing away God’s chosen people. That’s not theology. That’s THEFT. Israel stands. Forever. 🇮🇱✝️ Retweet if you REJECT Replacement Theology! #IsraelForever #BiblicalTruth #NoReplacement
