@ShamimH87133743 @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA There is no Ombudsman to hold them accountable. Hence even though I was approved due to the lack of confidence in Motawif and expensive packages left I didn’t have the courage to proceed further. I’m so disheartened by it all.

@Motawif_SA Asc, I have seen some Packages such as Gold and Platinum, but they have lower prices. I didn’t see Airport info, so do you have to buy your own airfare separately?

@FaizMD67 @Roorow7 @Motawif_SA Bear in mind, you must arrive at the Hajj terminal in Jeddah. I believe it is not possible to book those flights online unless you know the specific flight numbers,which i was unable to locate.
