@Motawif_SA Is the meningitis vaccine required ? I heard that people were not allowed for boarding because the missing meningitis vaccine documents ? And we were told by Motawif that it is not required . Can you please help with this ?

@Motawif_SA I have just been issued my hotel vouchers for my package. Please can I get assistance with this as it states bed and breakfast, when in fact the package I booked and paid for was advertised with half board for all hotels

So nothing is far fetched from reality of the terrible service right now UK hujjaj are experiencing in SA this year.

Arrived Jeddah from Manchester(uk) 1am. Coach to Medina 8 hours. Arrived Pullman Hotel 9am. & did not receive any room. 27th June, 12am no sleep, no food, no rest & no help from @Motawif_SA or @PullmanMadina we had then gone to another hotel & paid from our pocket of money. 1/2

@HeathrowAirport I flew on UA 921 yesterday and checked in my bag at Terminal 2 (check-in stall D45). The bag never arrived in Newark. How did the simple operation of transporting a bag to an aircraft fail to occur?

@UrHost4TheNight @FaizMD67 @Roorow7 @Motawif_SA if we know the flight numbers, can we book ourself? iv checked other packages with the airfare, it shows the flight details in those packages, so im assuming we can use that atleast for some of the flights going for hajj?

@Motawif_SA Asc, I have seen some Packages such as Gold and Platinum, but they have lower prices. I didn’t see Airport info, so do you have to buy your own airfare separately?
