@maximilian_ Accepting that this is true. Adding motion inputs doesn’t make Invincible VS a better or deeper game. There’s a difference between simplifying the games systems to appeal to more players and just eliminating stupidity that we’ve all gotten used to because 1992.

Been saying it since 2015. If a game is just simplified, it's 2x as easy for new players, but 10x easier for experienced players. If a game has characters you love, doing cool stuff together/against each-other, people will justify reasons to keep playing at any level.

Another reminder that fighting games will NEVER be casual friendly. Change a million things about the genre, some for the better, but humans HATE losing. The only sure way to make a fighting game grow with casuals is to make it so cool that they want to push through the pain.

@PlayRematch The gk leg thing, seems like a massive nerf to Gk’s. If some1 kicks at my feet I won’t catch it? What’s stopping some1 from kicking at my feet and then another slide tackling into me for a goal? Alongside the fake kick, being a gk, on paper, is beginning to look more untenable.
