And when the Council had the opportunity to extend rec center hours, she shut it down, choosing politics over our youth. As Mayor, I won’t tolerate this kind of disorder, and I’ll make sure our young people have safe, constructive places to go.

This video is honestly unbelievably sickening. My brother-in-law and I were supposed to grab Chipotle after last night’s game, and thank God we decided not to. Just saw this video, and even this evening getting Chipotle they still haven’t fully restocked things because of the damage caused. So for everyone who kept commenting on my past posts saying “let kids be kids” or talking about how peaceful gatherings should look, or even calling me names and saying these kids are causing no harm… what exactly do you call this? Throwing chairs and tables isn’t kids being kids. It’s reckless behavior that impacts employees, businesses, and everyone else around them. #NavyYard #teentakeover
