Last night we welcomed Norfolk County RA chairman Andrew Tyne to present awards for two members of Fakenham RA who won at the RA county awards last month nominated by their branch: Outstanding Referee Award - Stuart Jessop Young Referee Of The Year (Under 25) - James Warner

Fakenham RA members were presented the following awards from @NorfolkCountyFA Stuart Jessop - Referee of the Season Award (Male) James Warner - U18 Referee of the Season Award Frank Lough - Outstanding Contribution - Sat Andy Lucraft-Townley - Outstanding Contribution - Sun

Fakenham RA teamed up with @NorfolkCountyFA this month to provide a CPD opportunity to registered referees. A reminder to any registered referee that aren’t associated with an RA, we meet once a month to discuss all things football in a safe space, this is one of many benefits!

End Of Season Awards🏆 The Vaughn Trophy for outstanding service to the Fakenham RA during the season was awarded to James Durham presented by chairman Paul Smith voted on by the members of the branch.

Our second guest speaker this month was our RA memeber Mark Chalkley. Mark gave an inspiring presentation on his rise through promotions, difficulties with set backs and how he pushed himself to become National List AR.

This month saw Fakenham RA branch welcome two guests, referee Murray Grant who gave us an insight into conflict management. Murray is on the lookout for referees to help with his investigation into conflict management that consists of a group discussion.
