A few quick gas station grabs we recommend during travel:
▪️Eggs + fruit
▪️Protein shake
▪️Protein bar
▪️Nuts or seeds
▪️Hummus + pretzels
▪️String cheese + fruit
▪️Jerky or protein pack
▪️Fresh fruit I.e. (banana, apple, grapes, or oranges)
