@Creiz We love Pinball Spire! But this one is more linear, not a metroidvania. More about precision and expands out to more mechanics from flippers as you ascend, like magnets, pistons and swings

@AyasuVT Hey! We didn't, but definitely agree it's something that we still need to work on. More than anything else I think right now it's missing the clean narrative thread the whole way through to the end of the demo, rather than disconnected musings. Expect updates :)

@IncidentNoodle Weight, feel first of all. Thematically fallosophy is abour ascending through the history of human ideas and we evolve the concept of Pinball as you ascend beyond just flippers and plungers to things like swings, magnets and pistons

@FallosophyGame Looks cool. The only issue I can see is that you have no way to predict what's coming next because unlike Jump King, there's no time to stop and take in the situation, so you're almost for sure going to fall back down every time you hit a new screen.

@sh_mallows We love that game! Ours uses two buttons, and thematically it involves a linear ascent through the history of human ideas, and as it does so, evolves the mechanics of pinball beyond just flippers and kickbacks to things like swings, pistons, pendulums and magnets

@Kyithios Oh man we tried this game as part of our research. It's a super interesting concept but the physics have not aged well and it was janky even for it's time. I think if someone were to take the RPG elements in this day and age though I think there would be something there
