@hubermanlab @X People over 70 who retained great cognitive skills tend to be somewhat wary of the social media. It’s not that they have a hard time learning how to use X or any other platform; they just don’t want to spend their time on it because they believe they have better things to do.

That will anger a lot of people over 70. Nothing like some little brat saying "here, Grandpa, I'm going to show you how to use a media site where everyone is mean to each other because you are stupid and your news is stupid." See? Bad idea. They have to be lured over. Find something on @x they will love (what are they interested in?) then get them hooked. Send them tweets you know they will like. They aren't incapable. They just aren't interested yet.

@hubermanlab @X I suspect there are more of us over 70s here than you know. Personally, I just like knowing how the younger generations think and who will be running the country. Plus I get to surprise my grandkids every once in a while by understanding their cultural references.
