Still can’t believe the offseason we’ve had. We’re seeing guys get paid double the salaries of Tim and Sandy and we’re still reluctant to take advantage of having them here on those contracts. God forbid we go all in and surround them with killers. Starting to think we’re forever cursed.

@FaninYYC Alfie simply wanted more opportunities & a bigger role. Word is he was always leaving after this contract was over as he wanted to expand on his coaching career. This has absolutely nothing to do with him potentially not having confidence in front office or ownership.

Got to be fair here. The 2026-27 NHL season hasn't even commenced yet and already hopes are fading because of the departures of Tkachuk and Alfredsson. Got to give this current roster a chance. I know I'm on board with that. #GoSensGo
