My first job was 40,000 There’s no one size fit all in career growth. When I started out with that amount, I have friends who started higher and there are some who waited till something substantial came. While waiting, they missed opportunities to learn. For me, I was earning but always angry😀 Few years after, I have more YOE and will be considered for Middle Management roles and SM in some organizations. Do what works for you PS: While earning the 40k, i used to trek to work because workplace was 15minutes from home.
