I am deeply concerned about what we are hearing about an Iran “deal,” being pushed by some voices in the administration.
President Trump’s decision to strike Iran was the most consequential decision of his second term. He was right to do so, and we achieved extraordinary military results—including destroying all of their missiles & drones and sinking their entire navy.
If the result of all that is to be an Iranian regime—still run by Islamists who chant “death to America”—now receiving billions of dollars, being able to enrich uranium & develop nuclear weapons, and having effective control over the Strait of Hormuz, then that outcome would be a disastrous mistake.
The details are still coming out—and I pray the early reports are wrong—but the fact that Biden’s Rob Malley is praising the deal is not encouraging.
President Trump believes in peace through strength, and his strong leadership has already made America much safer. He should continue to hold the line, defend America & enforce the red lines he has repeatedly drawn.
English

@CUNY_Prof @joekent16jan19 I would hope professors would model a more respectful style of disagreement than ad hominem attacks: "poor excuse for a human being," "this traitor," "you lowlife." And you are a professor of law. Please consider bringing it down a notch. The "mighty keyboard" has better uses.
English

@joekent16jan19 What a poor excuse for a human being you are. This traitor is concerned with "stopping Israel," as if Israel is the terrorist threat, not Iran.
If Iran got one nuke, a second holocaust would be instantaneous, you lowlife.
English

The announcement by President Trump about the potential peace deal is very good news.
To make the deal effective we have to be realistic about Israel.
We must recognize that a peace deal of any kind with the Iranian regime will be viewed by Israelis as an existential threat to their objectives, therefore they will seek to thwart the deal.
To stop the Israelis from thwarting a potential peace deal, we will have to take away the military support that we provide that allows them to go on the offensive against Iran, and make it clear more will be taken from them if they attack Lebanon.
English

@joekent16jan19 Already the media is telling an untrustworthy message...claiming Iran says report of peace deal is false. I suspect it is another country that wants us to believe the potential peace deal is false.

@DrLarryArnn @Hillsdale @MrsErikaKirk An unfortunate decision to bestow this honor on her; this will not age well. May your students turn instead to the direct teachings of Charlie Kirk as an exemplary leader. Not what his organization has become.
English

Just this past weekend, we celebrated the 174th Commencement of @Hillsdale College and the graduation of another class of young men and women ready to begin their lives’ work.
It was my honor to welcome @MrsErikaKirk, who spoke beautifully about gratitude, courage, and responsibility—the virtues on which free people and free communities depend.
Commencement is always hopeful. It marks the passing of great things to a new generation.

@FoxNews @MrsErikaKirk Not a great look for @FoxNews and @Hillsdale to give this degree to Erika Kirk. This downgrades your reputation.
English

.@MrsErikaKirk encourages young Americans to get married and raise families during her commencement address at Hillsdale College:
"To the men, you are called to provide, you are called to lead, to anchor your families in strength and consistency. To the women, you are called to nurture, to build, to shape lives with wisdom and endurance."
English

@FuentesUpdates Dude, not a good look for you. Walk it back. Fast!

@Chillami @rubenhassid I just started using projects this week and it was much more effective than Chat GPT for my analysis/writing task. But yes, I burned through usage limit so quickly. All these tips will help a lot. I never even heard of an .md file format before.
English

@rubenhassid I think projects are probably underused. Using them and frequently starting new chats within a project makes a huge difference. That said. I still run of usage with Claude.
English

The $20/month Claude plan is enough.
But only if you stop making these 17 mistakes:
1: You upload PDFs raw. One page = 3,000 tokens.
Fix: Paste the text into a Google doc. Download as .md format. Under 200 tokens.
2: You build files inside Cowork too early.
Fix: Plan in Chat first. Move to Cowork only when you know exactly what you want.
3: You write 500-word prompts that reload.
Fix: Write 29 words instead: "I want to [task] to [goal]. Ask me questions using AskUserQuestion."
4: You say "redo the whole thing" to correct part 3.
Fix: "Only redo section 3. Keep everything else. No commentary. Just the output."
5: You send 3 separate messages for 3 tasks.
Fix: One message, three tasks. "Summarize this, list the points, suggest a headline."
6: You type "No, I meant," stacking on the history.
Fix: Click 'Edit' on your original message. Fix it. Regenerate. History replaced, not added.
7: You use the Opus model for a grammar check.
Fix: Sonnet or Haiku for quick tasks. Save Opus + Extended Thinking for deep work.
8: You dump 50 files into Cowork "just in case."
Fix: Only include what this task needs. Zero folders for quick tasks like email drafts.
9: You never restart fresh & keep having long chats.
Fix: Every 15-20 messages → summarize, copy the brief, start a fresh session.
10: You keep 3 topics in 1 chat. Claude re-reads all.
Fix: New topic = new chat. Always. Dead context is dead tokens.
11: Your about-me file is 22,000 words (too long).
Fix: Trim to under 2,000 words. End sessions with "Write a session-notes.md."
Paste my .md file prompt: ruben.substack.com/p/how-to-stop-…
12: You leave search & connectors on by default.
Fix: Default everything off. Turn features on per task, not per account.
13: You upload the same PDF to 5 different chats.
Fix: Use Projects. Upload once. Every chat inside references it without re-burning tokens.
14: You skip Personal Preferences & waste setup.
Fix: Settings → Personal Preferences. Set your tone and style once. It persists forever.
15: You rewrite prompts from scratch every time.
Fix: Keep a prompt library. Same structure, swap the variable. Stable prompts get cached.
16: You manually run the same report every week.
Fix: Use /schedule. "Every Monday at 7am, create my weekly briefing." Wake up to a finished doc.
17: You use Claude for things it can't do.
Fix: Know your tools. Images → Gemini.
Real-time search → Grok.
Stop burning tokens on dead ends.

Claude punishes them :)
English

@rubenhassid Will you please go into more detail on #6, 11, 12, 14 some day? Very helpful post! TY
English

@Villgecrazylady No coincidence the story today about Trump weighing if he likes Rubio better than Vance.
English

I just realized why Erika stood Vance up… the donors.
Lol duhhh 🤦♀️ why didn’t I realize that yesterday?!
Erika promised at AmFest that TPUSA Action was going to pump Vance in 2028. That was Charlie’s position too.
But the Zionists have clearly been very unhappy with Vance- despite him being a pathetic dog and jumping on their every command- and they want someone else.
So TPUSA sets up this event with Vance… they do ZERO promotion for it… then Erika bails on Vance at the very last minute and leaves him looking like a fool in a nearly empty stadium.
English

@candaceoshow JD needs a spine. This was a ridiculous response and he may well regret as the full story comes out.
English

@yelmjouie @brhodes Or is this AI? I can’t believe in 2014 this would have made it all the way to the dress rehearsal .
English

'If Israel's survival was at stake, would you fellate a donkey?'
'I don't think so.'
This 2013 SNL skit caused an uproar among pro-Israel folks.
It was a satire of the confirmation hearings for Obama's defense secretary Chuck Hagel, grilled for not being pro-Israel enough.
Assal Rad@AssalRad
SNL: “There is growing confusion over whether Israel being allowed to continue bombing Lebanon was part of the ceasefire with Iran. Ultimately that decision comes down to the man controlling our military: Benjamin Netanyahu.”
