@Hajj_nusuk اخواني في نسك. هل يعقل ان اتصل ٣ مرات مكالمات دولية وابعث ٣ ايميلات مرفق معها كل المعلومات وصورة الدفع لمبلغ الباكيج بالكامل الذي لم يدخل محفظتي الى هذه اللحظة ويتم اغلاق كل ال incidents بدون حل؟ هل يتم قراءه ايميلاتي؟ ارسلت بالعربي والانجليزي وللأسف لا أحد يستجيب

You closed the incidents and the extra seats second phase and unfortunately I couldn't book the package 😕 please help

@Hajj_nusuk @AbdulRShareef @yss9_3 @m_almanasik Please update my wallet. I sent you pdf of the payment reserved 10 days ago from my visa card. You keep closing the incidents without any action. My wallet still showing only the small amount I paid to activate the wallet when I created my account

@KsarabiaMalik @ToMe_8900 @Hajj_nusuk No its not resolved. I call nusuk support everyday. They promised to help but for 10 days now nothing appears in my wallet. Very sad

@FargallaManal @ToMe_8900 @Hajj_nusuk Hi - Do you have any update on your side about missing funds in wallet that were transferred from the bank. I am asking as I am in the same position and still waiting to hear back from Nusuk team. Unfortunately, this fiasco on top of initial site server problems = couldn’t book!

@AbdulRShareef @yss9_3 @Hajj_nusuk @m_almanasik I did. Visa company confirmed. I sent the pdf statement to nusuk email and called them twice. Nobody is taking any action unfortunately.

I selected my package 3 weeks ago but was never able to do the payment because nusuk did not update my wallet!! I made the transaction from my visa card 10 days ago with full package amount but still not showing in my wallet

@KsarabiaMalik @ToMe_8900 I sent the full package amount 8 days ago and still not showing in my wallet. I sent emails and they opened incident. Today I received an email that incident closed! My wallet is still not showing the funds. Visa card confirmed funds reserved and they can't do anything!

@ToMe_8900 Yes. It was full package amount. I have provided transaction details to Nusuk customer support - they don’t know when their operational support would resolve the issue ☹️
