Iowa produces the most GMO corn in the US. Iowa uses more pesticide than any other state except one. Iowa has the 2nd greatest incidence of cancer in the US. Some Iowa countries have cancer rates 50% higher than the national average. But it can’t be the chemicals…

So even contracted tonnes of N are apparently at risk. It’s a disaster like never before. We know N deficiency means lower yields but varying depending on soil type, history, adaptive practices, etc. what would your yield drop be at a guess? Hay will be short, sheep expensive?

I've decided that not a single acre of mountain land, agricultural land, forest, or wild desert is worth sacrificing for AI data centers. No river, no lake, no reservoir should be touched to maintain them.

This is surprisingly one of the most popular pieces of content I’ve produced. I didn’t expect that. The interest level in DIY digital building in ag is strong!

The number of farmers/ranchers who have a Github account is going to at least 100x this year. I put together a free guide that explains the importance of Git and Github for those interested in building their own software tools 👇 fullstack.ag/free/git-start…

If we put several billion into regenerative ag, the chemical treadmill would stop and we wouldn’t be killing ourselves. This call is extremely ill-informed. Continuing to double down on pesticides, which the pests will become resistant to, to further destroy natural resistance and human health, is America last.
Secretary Brooke Rollins@SecRollins

Emerging pests and diseases such as NWS can quickly devastate American agriculture if we are not prepared. These pests and diseases don't wait for the cyclical nature of competitive grants — and our response should not wait either! @USDA_NIFA launched a NEW competitive grant opportunity that is open year-round to ensure our scientists can quickly respond to develop and deploy solutions to protect American agriculture when a potential threat is identified. 💪 Farm security is national security! The saddest part about BBQ is it used to be poor people food. Used cheap cuts and slow smoked them till tender. Today it is more expensive than a typical steakhouse, charging $36/lb for brisket. Worst thing to happen to BBQ ever is it became popular. Now get off my lawn

I'd like to thank @SecRollins and @realDonaldTrump for allowing me to work at a high level as a Citizen Advocate on behalf of American landowners. Of all the things I've done in life so far, this might be the most fulfilling. Much more to come! I really love helping good people protect what they own🇺🇸

One of the best parts about our farm are the wonderful, talented people who dedicate their days and nights to making it all work! When you stop by the General Store, be sure to say hello to Annie, who is always running around in the background ensuring everything is working as it should! They don’t make their living farming large acreage. Unless you don’t shop at a store for anything then you’re not immune from being a contributor to the demand scale that requires them to farm to feed large scale demand. Hence the need to create a new system to circumvent the current system. This approach to blaming humans who make a living by growing commodities and food that we all consume is not the answer. Focus on solutions to the issues you feel are most important.
