My former college spotlights former students and where they are now in the industry they went to school for but you know what I also want to see…a spotlight on someone who ended up successful in a totally different field then what they went to school for and how they got there.

I used to be a die hard “love what you do & you’ll never work a day in your life” but that’s unrealistic. Find a job you don’t hate but are good at, with people who don’t drive you crazy, where you make enough to pay the bills and allows you to build the life you want at home.

Someone told me I was good at figuring shit out and now I’ve made it my personality apparently 😅

Just agreed to foster a dog at the drop of a hat…at this point there’s almost no thinking to life anymore, we’re just living and figuring it out because I cannot say no.

Overcommit yourself, then you don’t have time to cry when you feel overwhelmed.

Fuck around and find out, but in a positive connotation where I learn by trial and error how to fix things I probably have no business fixing and sometimes I succeed.

Does anyone have good recommendations for outdoor security cameras that work well for keeping an eye on livestock as well? Looking for something with no subscription or battery but want to be able to check on a phone

You may be the password child but me yelling was my dad’s ringtone for years until he had to get a new phone because he couldn’t hear any of the preprogrammed ones. We are not the same.

Do I want a lot of windows in our new house for natural light? Yes. Do I also want lots of windows so I can cat call my husband from anywhere in the house when he’s outside? Also yes.

They don’t list your greatest accolades on your gravestone, but they do list your loved ones and as much as I would like to accomplish big things in my life time, that fact feels pretty heavy tonight.

Alright, what are young people actually doing these days to make money? I thought we were just working hard to make an honest living but a lot of young people have lots of nice shit and I wanna know what I’m doing wrong.
