On 3 March 2026 the Fastmail macOS application stalled while upgrading my account. I was billed and yet cannot access Fastmail using that account’s credentials. I have a languishing ticket. See: 1698848. My ticket, submitted to @Fastmail via both through email and online, seems stalled.

@Fastmail This update was unexpected and jarring. The list view now disappears when replying or working on a draft. Also not a fan of the design "flattening". The pushing of UI updates without notice or optional inclusion keeps happening often and is frustrating.
