Putting in the work. Weighted ball drills into the the brick wall focusing on quick feet, hip mobility, and building that whip while staying stacked and straight. Staying locked in mentally and focused on the goal ahead. Keeping that focused mentality of striving for the best!

Dear College Softball Umpires, for the love of everything good and holy, please expand your strike zones! These postage stamp sized zones are making games downright unwatchable. If you make them throw it perfectly down the middle, even elite pitchers are gonna get shelled.

Incredible composure from a pair of #Mizzou freshmen.
After No. 8 Florida tied it up at 3 on the 3rd pitch of the inning, MU managed to send this one to extras.
With two on, a heckuva a grab for the out from Addy Waits, followed by a CLUTCH K from Abby Carr ended the threat.
