This day in history (my birthday). Look it up...a global shit show it is. OKC Bombing, Waco, Khamenei, and more, much more. None of it good! At least Hitler was born tomorrow.

Alright not bad 6 days out. Believe we may have some anafrontal snow ongoing a bit north in New England and some popcorn snow/graupel in behind. Expect some more pop up snow showers/squalls across Upstate NY and interior Northeast tonight into tomorrow. Some very minor accumulation on grass is likely only threat for most. Could even be some LES enhancement Many NW of 95 go below freezing tonight but tomorrow night could be even colder and below freezing temps may extend into the mid-Atlantic even as well.

Another brief taste of winter where I do think some snow is possible again as we’ll approach Late April for New England and Northeast. I mean regardless of specifics a potent cold shot works its way through On the backside of the trough that creates severe weather this weekend and then it’s a matter to see if any anafrontal snow happens or if enough vorticity gets left behind or if a whole new trough even if small can pop up with that cold. Mainly the reasoning is getting thst kind of cold to pop up you can create at least an opportunity. Wouldn’t say or guarantee it would be anything crazy or big but some flakes to even accumulation possible. Would be better to avoid mid-day tho obviously so it’s tricky to even get a chance this time of year let s lone execute. Away from coasts and interior elevated just favored by nature of climo Regardless Chilly I also dreamed that we would get 3-5” late April system last night when asleep so that obviously matters too lol

@Bengal_DPT It's been a long time since it's been properly evaluated Extremely stiff and immobile, I suspect scar tissue. Stability seems ok, maybe slightly worse than the good ankle

IMO, as a longtime New England resident, I think the deal here has gotten a little tougher lately. You have to endure the winter and the latter half of the summer (now infernal and fetid) for 6-7 of the greatest months of living ever. Still a good deal though.
ty@tygrswrld

if you can withstand new england winters you are rewarded with 8-9 of the greatest months of living ever and you will also have like 5 random winter days that feel so movie-like you’ll think you’re dreaming

I might hop on that train, nevertheless. So few of us can be said to have seen the whole country. I could tour half a continent

An Irish acquaintance, visiting Vancouver, asked if we might get a drink together. The train to Vancouver is 4910 km. A flight to Ireland is 4627 km. I am functionally closer to Ireland than Vancouver.
