Ive been saying for over two years now that I’m burnt out and I’m not getting better. I’ve been getting a few days or a week off at a time like it’s supposed to help but it’s not. After everything that went down at work with the city I feel completely unmotivated and stuck

people praising this program are so fking stuck in diet culture they truly can't see all of the harm it did. I would love to see kids fed well with lots of nutritious foods. that's not what happened. Hunger & eating disorders are what happened. Fatphobia is all it actually was.

One of the things about “just Google it” or “do your own research” (no shade or shaming anyone, I’ve done it often) is that the lack of media literacy means people don’t have fully developed research skills nor the practiced discernment to separate out quality information.
