Nakatani wasn't busy early because of Inoue. It's not so simple as "just start faster". With the kind of reactive reflexes, power and twitch that Inoue has. It takes time to process it. It took Nakatani about 6 rounds. I'm sure he wanted to cook earlier, he just couldn't.

His ethnic background includes Mexican roots because of his dad. And that's it. That's not up for debate.
