CC: United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, State Bar of California In a previous post, I documented this judge's financial ties to the State Bar[f] of California. Before becoming a judge, she was an immigration attorney for 2 CA non-profits who openly advertise that they help "undocumented" immigrants. Those same non-profits received a mountain of taxpayer cash in the form of "grants" from the State Bar[f]. She granted the Bar[f]'s motion to dismiss my federal lawsuit with prejudice by frivolously giving 11th Amendment immunity to individually named defendants. That's on appeal. Recently, County of Santa Clara lawyer Xavier Brandwajn, who is defending Santa Clara DA Jeff Rosen, defrauded the court in his opposition to my motion for extension of time to amend the complaint. He defrauds the court with every filing. I pointed out the fraud in my reply. The judge took a dig at me. She clearly thinks she has no responsibility to deal with attorney misconduct. So I filed this motion asking her if she denies her obligation to deal with it.

“420 days is substantial, and the lack of detailed explanations makes it impossible for voters such as me to assess whether this travel served Nevada well.” Hear it from an average Nevada voter who agrees Ford’s out of state travel makes him unfit for office, let alone a promotion.
