Day 11: had my first go on the #treadmill to day and it wasn't as scary as I thought I would. Whacked on some @truTVjokers on @NetflixUK and walked 3miles, that was after 45 minutes on the #crosstrainer 💪🏻 #fattytofitty #weightlossjourney #lovingthegym @PureGym #puregymderby

Day 10: 2nd weigh in. I only lost 1lb this week. Slightly disappointed. But a loss is a loss. Just makes me want to work harder. Note to self: it's a #weightlossjourney, not just a race! #TuesdayThoughts #TuesdayMotivation #fattytofitty #keeppushing

Day 9: nearly 2 weeks into getting myself fitter and healthier, I'm starting to see little changes now. Better stamina, more willing to push myself. I just need to get up earlier so I can spend more time in the gym 💪🏻 #fattytofitty #weightlossjourney

Day 7&8: last night I had a KFC, my body hates me for it today. Worked extra hard in the gym. Even my @Sony headphones were sweaty #fattytofitty #weightlossjourney #weightloss #sweaty

Day 7: I can honestly say that today is the first day I struggled. I only managed 20 minutes on the #crosstrainer. Was feeling disappointed in myself until I got a migraine. Sometimes your body is talking to you, and that's when you have to listen most #WednesdayWisdom

Day 6: 1 week in and it was weigh in today. I've lost 5lbs!! Also managed to do 1.5miles in 30mins on the #crosstrainer Amazing to say when I first started A WEEK AGO I couldn't do more than 10mins #littlevictories #weightlossjourney #scalevictory #puregymderby #nsv

Day 5: great work out today. Not going to lie, I really struggled to get out of bed this morning. However, I made up for it by going the longest I have on the #crosstrainer. Had to make up for the 3 @BrewDog stouts I had 😂 #MondayMotivation #fattytofitty #weightlossjourney
