Isn’t it about time your tech teams sorted this out? We all know the manufacturer is awful and should never be allowed to make a train for the UK again, but so, SO many of your trains are running around with this on the side and the front. It’s embarrassing.

@TPExpressTrains disgraceful service was on the 19:17 train from Manchester Piccadilly to Cleethorpes planning on getting off at Meadowhall got to train door to exit after making my way down the carriage to find door shutting meaning I'm now on my way to Doncaster fuming

@TPExpressTrains @Jamesonatrain1 There was no announcement 👍 and the train stopped for 30 seconds maximum. Wasn't just me it happened to either as there was at least 50 people in the same boat

@FawcusJack @Jamesonatrain1 Hi Jack. Unfortunately services stop at stations with the expectation on customer's to be prepared and to be queued for departing the train prior to the doors opening. This is why there is an announcement 2 minutes prior to arrival. ^Jay
