The biggest trick is JSON artifacts as the state machine. Each agent reads the previous JSON output and writes the next one: Planner → 01-plan.json Design Studio → 02-design.json Architect → 03-architecture.json Builder → 04-codebase.json Hardener → 05-hardener-report.json Reviewer → 06-reviewer-report.json This solves multi-agent coordination without a backend
