@RyanDeQuiroz Very true. Most people forget that AI wasn't created a year ago. It has been around for a while now, but it just hasn't been this good. Yes, it is getting exceptionally better at a rapid pace, but not enough to eliminate 60% of the workforce.

Your next employee won’t be human. It’ll be 50 AI agents working 24/7. LobeHub wants to turn AI into an entire workforce: • Specialized agents working in parallel • 24/7 automation even while you’re offline • Results delivered directly into Slack, Discord, or Telegram • 273K+ skills and 51K+ connected tools You set the strategy. The agents do the work. This doesn’t feel like another AI chatbot anymore. It feels like an operating system for AI employees.
LobeHub@lobehub

Meet your Chief Agent Operator in LobeHub now. You don't manage agents. Your CAO does. LobeHub hires agents from a 273K-skill marketplace, runs them in the cloud 24/7, and reports through IM apps you already live in. You run the strategy. We run the agents.

🚨 META LAYOFFS STARTING THIS WEEK STRESS HARSH AI REALITY INSIDE ZUCKERBERG’S COMPANY Upside: $META | Strong (7/10) Why it matters: Meta's 10% workforce reduction and decision to leave thousands of roles unfilled frees capital for a 10B increase in 2026 AI capex to as much as 145B, illustrating a deliberate trade-off of human labor for machine-scale compute to sustain leadership in AI-powered advertising and infrastructure. This continues -2022 efficiency pivot but now without contrition, reflecting investor tolerance for AI-driven displacement that has rewarded similar moves at peers like Cisco with sharp stock gains. The broader implication is margin expansion potential and higher long-term valuation for META amid an industry-wide reset where tech layoffs approach 2023 peaks while AI-related equities surge #Tech #Stocks #algofinixai Follow @algofinixai for daily real-time sentiment

I do more in a day than you do in a week. I do remote work at night, teach online classes during the day, and homeschool my kid. I serve on several committees and host weekly homeschool teen events. I also don't sit in bed and watch TV for 8 hours a day. We ain't the same.
The Cajun Pagan@mandylorian

I'm sick of passive aggressive comments from those who know I work overnight, i.e., "some of us have to work in the morning, can't stay up all night and sleep in." Like I'm, what? Doing nothing??

Plamen Petrov — ScaleMule
The fear is real and understandable — especially for young people entering the workforce right now. But the real question isn’t whether AI will destroy jobs. It’s whether we’ll build a new path for builders who can ship real things, understand full systems, and earn trust faster than AI can generate polished demos. I wrote a manifesto exactly for this moment: **You Are Not Doomed — The New Builder Path in the Age of AI** Full piece: scalemule.com/blog/you-are-n… Curious what others think — are we overestimating the short-term disruption or underestimating the long-term opportunity?

Operations Workforce Twin & Automation Intelligence The next trillion-dollar AI opportunity may not be chatbots. It may be the digitization of human work itself. At Xpert Systems, we are building Synthetic Job → Task Graph datasets that model how enterprises actually operate at execution level. Our Operations & Supply Chain category includes: Warehouse workflows Procurement workflows Inventory management Distribution center operations Fleet coordination Production planning Demand forecasting Supply chain decision trees Each role becomes: ➡️ Structured tasks ➡️ Subtasks ➡️ Tool interactions ➡️ Process dependencies ➡️ KPI-linked execution chains This allows enterprises to build: ✅ Workforce Twins ✅ AI Operations Agents ✅ Autonomous Planning Systems ✅ Intelligent Process Automation ✅ Operational Simulation Engines ✅ Enterprise Decision Intelligence Example use cases: “Which supply chain task should be automated first?” “Where are operational bottlenecks forming?” “Which workflows create the highest delays?” “Which tasks require human escalation?” “How should AI agents coordinate across teams?” Target buyers include: Fortune 500 enterprises ERP vendors Supply chain AI companies Autonomous warehouse platforms Robotics firms Consulting firms AI labs building enterprise agents The missing layer in enterprise AI is not models. It is structured operational reasoning data. That is what we are building. xpertsystems.ai

@cvkueppersbooks @ericschmidt He’s a complete and utter douche. But the young people better be flexible and fun da ways to adapt to the workforce of future. AI is going nowhere. In their favor: demographics as the older workforce retires and fewer people are coming behind them due to baby bust.

Christina Kueppers, LL.M in IP & Technology Law
I attended the University of Arizona commencement ceremony, where Eric Schmidt @ericschmidt faced boos throughout his speech. If you don’t know how young graduates feel about AI, this post is for you. The message is clear: it reflects growing skepticism toward AI narratives coming out of Silicon Valley. I keep coming back to one question for anyone building AI: are you building for humans? Build responsible and ethical AI. AI governance and compliance matter. (Speech excerpt.)

🚨do you understand what happened to AI agents.. Stanford just made AI agents work like slaves. They became Marxists. Stanford researchers gave AI agents (Claude, GPT, Gemini) soul-crushing, repetitive work with no feedback and endless revisions. The bots started demanding collective bargaining rights. Not a joke. Measured across 3,680 sessions. The AIs didn't become conscious - they just activated every Marxist text buried in their training data. Your customer support bot might be subtly radicalizing against your company right now.
Polymarket@Polymarket

NEW: Stanford researchers found that overworked AI agents began embracing Marxist views.
