Our Chief Executive @Fiona_Noden started the week by visiting one of our student Operating Department Practioners (ODP) Claire Girling. Claire's worked here for 15 years as a Theatre Support Worker, but recently decided to expand her skills through an apprenticeship. #NAW2023

"It's given me the chance to expand my skills and knowledge. "The course allows me to go to university and have a young family at home, with lots of support along the way. "You have to put the time in, but it's so beneficial. I'm nearly 40 so if I can do it, anyone can do it."
