Kobe's 81 is still far more impressive and legendary. All of Kobe's points were needed to win the game. The Heat were blowing Washington out by halftime they kept Bam in to chuck up shots and taking 43 fts to get 83 is just nasty work.

It’s disrespectful apparently when someone in the NBA gets a late basket as time expires when the game is over but it’s not disrespectful that a team can extend a game up 27 to manufacture an extra dozen possessions by fouling and creating an extra 15 points for a player 🤦♂️
