@FPLfrasier You cannot stop when you are about to shoot (i.e.your leg is in the motion of shooting). In the run-in, you may stop as many times as you want.

Maybe there are others who know the rules more. Is this running technique allowed for penalties? Isn’t Jimenez stopping multiple times during his run?
