I dropped it & the receiver also assured me would get collected today, as the FedEx agent had. Now see I ‘dropped it off too late’ (25 mins after the agent chat) and it’ll stay here til tomorrow. Crap

@Kar3nCunningham @FedExEurope It's almost impossible to send or receive anything reliably anymore. We have had numerous issues with DPD. All super frustrating.

@FedExEurope 28 minute wait on your chat, refreshing page dumps you out. All this after being ill advised by a FedEx rep today regarding a package. Not being collected today from drop off location, after assurance it would be. Waste of time and money.

@FedExHelpEU can’t get any update on Chat, parcel NOT going to be collected from drop off point today, so won’t leave UK til tomorrow. Was ASSURED by online agent this pm that it would be. Paid for pre 17:00 delivery to US tomorrow. Never gonna happen. Waste of time and ££
