@CBRE_UK @CBRE your 24hr hotline are refusing to send out an engineer to fix a fire door handle. We are stuck on the 6th floor of a building with no access to stairs or any kind of exit. Fire protection is a legal requirement!!

Mrs Regan is a nursery school teacher who has been shielding since March. Helping her make a video to say goodbye to the children she misses so much was both the saddest and funniest thing I’ve ever been part of. #homeschooling

@MartinSLewis @Ryanair Yes! I filled in the form for a refund “within 7 working days back to the form of payment used”. Got the email with voucher today and when I go on to the site just get told form aready completed.

Some telling me they replied specifically for a cash refund from @Ryanair are being sent vouchers which then say to apply for cash refunds. Did this happen to you (specifically did you apply for their cash refund, not just a general refund).

@Ryanair got email about voucher. I submitted form for refund a month ago. Not accepting voucher what is the next step please? Completely not legal to withhold refund for unspecified period.

@vuecinemas terrible experience in Bromley Vue today. Physical fighting and verbal abuse and staff don’t know how to deal with it
