@MDC_online My 15-year-old permit driver spotted this milk snake on the road in our neighborhood in Columbia. He practically slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting it. We safely moved it to the woods in our backyard away from the road after holding it for a few minutes. So cool!

I'm a landlord. At one time I thought I would build a portfolio of rentals. I absolutely cannot stand it and can't wait to sell and never do it again. No liquidity, high fees, and lots of headaches. Some people are cut out for it. I am absolutely not.

@christine_benz My client's need a LTC policy that covers the 9% of those age 65 who will have out of pocket costs of $250k or more. $250k ded. or long elimination period would be fine. My client's who are "self insured" would all buy. Ever heard of this type of policy?
