I can tell many hockey fans/media are young because Mats Sundin was absolutely NOT loved as a Leaf like people have been claiming last couple of weeks. Like Marner, he had his fans, yes. But there were a ton of critics.

The @NHL needs to conduct serious review of Anaheim OT goal. There’s not a ref or linesman in site to visually see it, the goal light did not go on and the ref had both hands up after the goal. Yet they all decided in a center ice huddle. Fans deserve explanation of the call 🏒

@camelfinance Keep in mind you’ll likely end up being friends with your kids’ parents, or at least it’s a nice potential dynamic. It works for me. What are the parents like, broadly speaking, of the kids who go to those schools? Your kids need to see you interacting in healthy relationships

Off topic post but I would appreciate some opinions: Background: 1) I grew up extremely poor 2) that is no longer the case 3) I am a recent father I was going to send my child(ren) to private school because I think it is natural to want to give them the best opportunity. I recently saw some private school kids, one of them nonchalantly said their ideal weekend was to go to hop over to Monaco and maybe ride a hot air balloon. I realised in this moment, I did not want my kid to grow up that sheltered. Keep in mind my culture is not having an activated copy of windows and despite being a pro trader, I still use the free version of trading view. Worlds apart. How do I navigate this? Is it as simple as teaching them how the world works? Am I overthinking it and they will just copy me, with my 20 quid trainers with holes in and a 'if my feet get wet I will dry them' attitude? Do I embrace the lucky situation I found myself in and spoil the kids - is there a happy medium somewhere in between? How much is nature vs nurture? Is a casual approach to wealth better than low vibration / scarcity type mindset? Should I focus on encouraging them to put a dent in the universe? Does it even matter? Maybe he just lives that life and never needs to feel the struggle I did? Private school applications need to be made in around 6 months time, so I need to figure this out by about August. Would appreciate your thoughts
