Thank you Felipe for running, for showing what the Democratic Party is all about, and for always showing up for the community. Felipe is a dreamer now running for legislature in Florida. Chair Fried and Vice Chair Henry gave updates on the state party while Orange County and Celebration Dems work their tails off at the level. A coalition will turn Florida around. SB1296 and HB 995 attack the very same workers who move Florida forward, and will put the American Dream further out of reach, driving Florida’s communities towards poverty. In Tallahassee, I’ll fight to actually solve the affordability crisis and rebuild the middle class — not erase the power of the collective workforce.
