A woman miscarried at about 13 weeks pregnant in South Carolina, says the state. A sewage worker allegedly found a decomposing fetus at a sewage plant, meaning she miscarried on the toilet, as women often do. The state paid for an *autopsy* for a 13 week fetus. When the coroner determined the fetus was naturally aborted after death, meaning it was already dead when it came out, the state is now paying for "additional testing." FOR A MISCARRIAGE AT 13 WEEKS. At 13 weeks, a fetus is about two inches long and doesn't have a functioning circulatory system. Viability is at 24 weeks at the earliest. In fact, one week earlier and it wouldn't even be a fetus - it'd be an embryo. They can't tell race by looking at it because it's skin isn't fully formed. It isn't human.
