@gurusamy123 @USCIS Oh so they approve h4 and Ead at the same time? I thought they approve h4 after biometric and then Ead takes even longer?

@FemaleThings @USCIS Yes. H4 is processed separately from H1 now. They don't approve h4 along with H1 in premium. Her EAD was also approved on Jan.

Today, we announced that we will reuse previously submitted biometrics in order to process valid I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization) extension requests due to the temporary closure of Application Support Centers (ASC) to the public in response to COVID-19.

@gurusamy123 @USCIS Thank you so much. So if h1b and h4 is applied in premium, will the USCIS still consider h4 under regular processing? Also your wife h4 petition was approved in Jan or she got her Ead in Jan?

@FemaleThings @USCIS Mine was regular. Premium was not available when I filed. My h1 was approved even before I could convert to premium

@gurusamy123 @USCIS Hi did you apply in premium or regular processing?

@USCIS We filed our H1, H4 and H4 EAD renewal on June 8th 2020 and H1 was approved on July 8th itself. My wife's H4 Biometric Appointment is yet to come. H4 EAD is expiring on Sep 3rd 2020. Nebraska ASC. Any help ? Why can't you add H4 EAD into auto renewal list ?
