Skippy here thinks the EPA's job is to look out for the health of the American people", apparently by making up regulations on the fly based on "feelings."
That been the fundamental problem with the EPA since it was started. The EPA has to follow the laws passed by Congress, and not make-up crap like Obama' "Clean Power Plan" or "Waters of the US" rules without any Congressionally passed legislation behind them.
