Ok, I am going to give you the full $BTC breakdown here with levels, what to watch for, game plan, what to do next IMO, etc. If you like this, I am doing this with the $QQQ and $SPY now in the Subscription channel so you know what to look out for, including some trade setups if they present themselves. BTC DAILY – 1. Trend Structure: Completely broken BTC has shifted from a controlled pullback to a full trend break: Price has sliced through the 20/50/100/200 EMAs with no reaction, sellers are in control. Track line is RED This is the deepest extension under the 20/50 EMAs since the March 2020–style washouts. Structurally: Lower highs → lower lows No swing-low support respected Compression → breakdown → accelerating momentum This is a trend-down environment, not a range. 2. RSI: Capitulation-level oversold RSI is sitting around 21, which is rare for BTC on the daily: Historically, BTC only gets <25 RSI during washout / V-reversal zones. But RSI can stay pinned in a downtrend — oversold ≠ buy. This means downside is extended, but not yet invalidated. 3. Key Horizontal Levels (my yellow lines) The ones that matter now: Immediate Region (Current ~83k) 84,028 ← broken 82,983 ← current battle zone 80,473 Below that begins the real air pocket: Major Support Cluster 78,403 76,724 70,243 ← major high-timeframe level 65,666 ← next must-hold 62,654 If BTC loses 76,700 with momentum, the chart opens a glide path to 70k → 66k quickly. There is no strong support between 82k → 77k besides fib/micro levels. 4. The Candle Structure: This is aggressive, not controlled The last four daily candles: Large bodies Minimal wicks Each closing near lows Accelerating range expansion This is textbook momentum liquidation This is similar to: Dec 2021 unwind May 2021 forced-deleveraging March 2023 banking panic (mirror direction) When this structure appears, it usually requires: a flush into a major level OR a sharp V-reversal But until a base forms, momentum is the trend. 5. Volume Proxy (even though “no data” shows): The candles themselves tell you volume was heavy: Long red candles Successive breakdowns No meaningful intraday recovery Even without visible volume bars, the range expansion confirms high transactional volume, almost certainly driven by liquidations. 6. The Pattern Context This selloff broke: The high-timeframe uptrend The multi-month consolidation The neckline around 108k → 103k Rising 200-day EMA This is no longer a bull flag or a pullback. BTC is now in post-distribution breakdown conditions. There is a small chance this is an overshoot liquidation → reclaim, but until a daily reclaim happens, that is not the primary case. 7. Bullish Cases (but require confirmation) Bull case trigger #1: BTC reclaims 87,000 → that’s the first real hint of a failed breakdown. Bull case trigger #2: BTC closes back above 95,701 → this confirms the low was a capitulation bottom. Bull case trigger #3: A daily bullish engulfing after a 10–20k intraday flush. Without one of these: Trend stays bearish. 8. Bearish Continuation Path Below 82,983, my chart favors: Next stops 80,473 78,403 76,724 If 76,700 breaks cleanly → BTC has a vacuum down to: 70,243 65,666 65k is your high-timeframe must-hold. If that goes → the structure fully resets. 9. What's the best move here? If bullish: Wait for confirmation, don't try to predict: Daily close back above 87k OR bullish engulfing candle OR intraday reclaim after a flush to 76–70k If bearish/tactical: Ride downside toward 76k → 70k Tighten stops above 87k Only switch your bias once BTC reconquers lost structure IMO 10. Summary: TLDR BTC is in unambiguous trend-down, the worst daily momentum loss of the year We are entering a capitulation zone, but not a reversal zone yet. Watch these levels in order: Resistance to reclaim 87,049 90,049 95,701 98,966 Supports below 82,983 (current) 80,473 78,403 76,724 70,243 65,666 62,654 A reclaim of 87k is the first sign the low is in A break of 76.7k opens the trapdoor to 70k → 66k Happy Trading 🍀
