There's a story behind this artwork that goes back to childhood. the artist drew direct inspiration from a Polish folktale he'd heard as a child. In his 1927 book, Gawędy z uczniami (Conversations with Students), Laszczka shares a tale about a beautiful and compassionate princess who's turned into a black cat by a jealous witch. In the story, the cat's color changes based on the love and patience she's shown; her coat turns from black to brown, and then to pure white. The tale emphasizes that no evil power can stop this transformation. That's why Laszczka made three different cat sculptures: black, brown, and white. While the white and brown figures are safely kept today at the museum in Dobre, the black sculpture is unfortunately lost and it's only known through photographs now. He studied in Paris as a young artist. During this time, he was deeply influenced by Rodin's approach to the human figure - treating it not as a finished form, but as a being caught in the middle of a transformation. This influence is clearly visible in this piece.

Not furry/anthro artist: -anthro character created for story/art piece (not s3gzual) Artist who wants to create beautiful story. What do you think?

Idk what furry artist needs to hear this, but I just sent enough money to buy a new car with to a maker to commission a custom panel for my new airplane, and they responded in 5 minutes with a firm timeframe and set of expectations for both me and them.

@pokophobia Not a stupid question. I give them a list of the equipment and switches, they lay it out, cut the aluminum, and somehow print all the labels and words by each hole. Its not hand painted, but idk what method they use. They can do full custom art and graphics too but that’s $$$$😭

PSA, you can get prescribed an injectable drug that makes you horny called vyleesi (bremelanotide is the generic). Solid puppy tool :3 There's a daily pill you can take that just makes you passively more in the mood, but can take some time to work called addyi.

Commission prices are out of control. Simple as. 300 bucks for a ref sheet or basic drawing?? Hell no. That's 10 HOURS of my life I would have had to spend to be able to afford that. Actually, it's definitely more than that because the government taxes wages.

And again, if the user claimed the AI gen as their own, even tagging as "AI gen," the user is the thief. Not the software they used.
