Lo que acaba de resolver la Sala Superior del TEPJF en el caso “Televisa Leaks” no es un fallo más: es una línea trazada con tinta gruesa entre el periodismo que incomoda y la violencia política que lastima. Carmen Aristegui y Juan Omar Fierro fueron exonerados porque el tribunal entendió algo que muchos litigantes fingen no comprender: señalar a una aspirante a ministra de la Corte, con documentos en la mano y datos contrastados, no es violentarla, es hacerle al país el favor de decirle quién pretende juzgarlo. Cuando una candidatura se somete al escrutinio público, la piel fina deja de ser un derecho y la crítica deja de ser una agresión. El corazón del criterio es demoledor y conviene subrayarlo sin adornos: no se puede responsabilizar a un medio ni a un periodista sin prueba de que lo publicado sea falso. Ese estándar, que parece obvio, había venido erosionándose a golpe de denuncias por violencia política de género usadas como atajo para silenciar reportajes incómodos, y el TEPJF por fin le puso un alto. Que la denunciante ni siquiera apareciera mencionada en 14 de los 15 reportajes cuestionados terminó de desnudar la estrategia: no se defendía una dignidad, se intentaba apagar una investigación. Y aquí viene el matiz fino, el que distingue a una sentencia valiente de una sentencia cómoda: el tribunal sí sancionó a 24 cuentas de X que cruzaron la línea hacia la violencia digital contra la excandidata, ordenando su inscripción indefinida en el registro del INE. Es decir, protegió al periodismo sin desproteger a las mujeres, separó el reportaje del linchamiento, el dato del insulto. Ese es el equilibrio que llevábamos años esperando que alguien se atreviera a escribir, y que hoy queda como precedente obligado para todo litigio electoral que venga detrás. lasillarota.com/nacion/2026/5/…

Such schemes violate the laws of the State of Israel itself. Ukraine has taken all necessary steps through diplomatic channels to prevent such incidents. However, we see that yet another such vessel has not been stopped. I have instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to inform all partners of our state about the situation. Based on information from our intelligence services, Ukraine is preparing a relevant sanctions package that will cover both those directly transporting this grain and the individuals and legal entities attempting to profit from this criminal scheme. We will also coordinate with European partners to ensure that the relevant individuals are included in European sanctions regimes. Ukraine counts on partnership and mutual respect with every state. We are genuinely working to enhance security, particularly in the Middle East region.
